A Few Words About Us

Let’s start with the obvious question. Why the name Ivory House?

Ivory House pays homage to Westwood’s last mayor, James N. Gamble. Instrumental in moving the village forward with projects like the building of Westwood Town Hall, his accomplishments as a community leader parallel his success as an inventor and businessman.

Owners Frank Eversole and Rick Pouliot have a reverence for Westwood’s rich history and a drive to contribute to its revitalization. They purchased the building at 2998 Harrison Ave. in 2019, and it didn’t take long to decide what to do with it: Bring an upscale dining experience to the Westwood Town Hall District.

Named “Best New Restaurant” in CityBeat’s “2021 Best of Cincinnati” issue, Ivory House has become a fast favorite for special occasion dining, Sunday brunch and everything in between.
